There's no single "highest-paying" center — plasma pay changes with your weight, your location, whether you're a new or returning donor, and whatever promotion is running that month. The clearest thing you can compare is each company's published new-donor first-month offer, and the per-center bonuses we've verified. Everything below is sourced and dated; always confirm the current amount with the center before you go.

How plasma pay actually works
- New donors earn the most. First-month bonuses ($200–$825 above) are promotional and only apply to your first several donations.
- Weight matters. Most centers pay more for higher-volume donations, which are tied to body weight.
- Returning-donor pay is lower and varies week to week; some companies publish monthly caps instead of per-visit rates.
- Location changes the number. The same chain pays differently by market, which is why per-center data beats a national average.
